Simple Tasty Tomato Sandwich

Hubby just made this awesome delicious sandwich! Using two slices of gluten free millet flax bread, he generously spread Earth Balance Mayo. Added thick slices of tomato, topped with fresh basil, alfalfa sprouts, sea salt and pepper. Something so simple was so sweet and yummy. :0)

Better than theatre popcorn…

Awesome snack! Buy Orville Redenbachers white corn. On high heat in a large pot, add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to 2 tablespoons corn (per person). Shake several times while popping to keep from burning popped kernels. Once finished, sprinkle on some salt, lots of nutritional yeast and some dried cilantro. Yes, cilantro. Tasty treat! Be sure to use coconut oil.

Delicious “Chunk’n Salad”. No, it does not include beans of any type. It’s all low starch veggies. Made with my yummy gourmet style mayonnaise. Great for sandwiches! You can add more mayo knowing you’re consuming all fresh healthy ingredients.

Natural Crunchy Crackers

Because sometimes you want fresh baked, healthy crackers made from nothing but seeds. Bring on the heat with spicy red pepper jelly and take in the goodness. In case you’re wondering, no they do not fall apart. A few seeds here or there may come loose (as shown in the picture). They are crisp and crunchy.
